News release to New Zealand Stock Exchange

Listed industrial property investor Property For Industry (PFI) has advised that all three items of ordinary business at its Annual Meeting of shareholders in Auckland today were carried.

The resolutions were:

That Peter Masfen be re-elected as a director of PFI
That the constitution tabled at the meeting and signed by the Chairman of the meeting for the purpose of identification, be adopted as the constitution of the Company, in substitution for the current constitution
That the directors be authorised to fix the fees and expenses of the auditor.
