Annual meeting and director nomination dates

Property for Industry Limited advises that its annual meeting of shareholders will be held on Thursday, 5 May 2011 at the Ellerslie Convention Centre, Auckland.

Pursuant to NZSX Listing Rule 3.3.5, Property for Industry Limited advises that director nominations are now open. The closing date for nominations will be 5.00pm on Friday, 11 March 2011.
