PFI puts money to work, generating income for our shareholders. We’ve been providing property for industry for over twenty years and over that time our average annual return to shareholders has been around 11.59%.
There are 94 properties in PFI’s portfolio occupied by 148 tenants who pay rent totalling $89.8 million. The portfolio is 99.4% occupied with a weighted average lease term of 5.28 years (all figures as at 31 December 2020).
